About: Paul lives and breathes sports and sports training. From competing in state-level track and field competitions, to collegiate rowing, powerlifting, and marathon running, Paul has developed himself into a well-rounded athlete. He has imparted his love of sports onto high-school track and field, football, and lacrosse athletes and helped them improve their form and performance. He is currently a coach for the YMCA Flyers Track and Field and Cross Country teams.
