About: Ben has an extensive background in personal training, from years of privately training college students, to training people of all ages at luxury gym, Equinox. Ben has dedicated much of his time as a strength coach to help refine people’s form and technique to ensure he is keeping you safe while exercising. He also works in digital advertising, and hosts a weekly podcast called “Can We Talk About This?”
